Originally built in 1924, this former garment-manufacturing building in San Francisco's SOMA district was converted from industrial use to mixed-use. The project provided much-needed new housing in the Mid-Market area. It also generated business and employment opportunities for local residents and the tech community.

This four-story commercial building features nearly 60,000 square feet of creative office space in an amazing location. The owner fully redeveloped the building, putting in a brand new lobby, new elevators, and best-in-class amenities. The roof features a substantial deck with lighting, tables, and seating with wide open views of the Bay.

This contemporary ranch was remodeled from the inside out. This home was given a complete makeover, from the daily luxuries of seamless shower doors and central forced heating & A/C, to new irrigation systems, pavers, and stamped concrete.
