Timeless Family Retreat
ADU 1,200 sq. ft.
This project involved creating a family compound, which included remodeling and expanding an existing cottage, as well as constructing a large 1,200 square foot ADU. The design emphasizes a seamless interplay between exterior and interior spaces, enhancing the overall flow of the compound.
The beautiful exteriors of the ADUs reflect the Mediterranean style of the main house, ensuring a cohesive and inviting aesthetic throughout the property.
Inside, the ADUs feature refinished concrete floors and modern appliances with energy-saving capabilities, combining style and sustainability for a contemporary living experience.
